Late last week, Kamala Harris and Attorney General Merrick Garland announced the creation of a national ‘Red Flag Resource Center’ designed to advance ‘Red Flag’ laws at the state level.
We all know what this means.
It’s another way that the federal government is using taxpayer money to lobby against our gun rights in state capitols across America and in D.C.
Attorney General Merrick B. Garland said:
The establishment of the Center is the latest example of the Justice Department’s work to use every tool provided by the landmark Bipartisan Safer Communities Act to protect communities from gun violence.
Never forget, all of this was made possible because RINO-Republicans in Congress stabbed gun owners in the back and voted for the falsely named ‘Bipartisan Safer Communities Act’ in 2022.
But in addition to helping advance ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures’ at the state level, the Biden White House is working with another turncoat Republican — Susan Collins from Maine — to advance ‘Red Flag’ laws in Congress.
Even worse, this legislation is designed to specifically target the members of the United States Armed Forces!

‘Red Flag’ laws are always dangerous because they allow a gun owner to be disarmed by a secret court order, before they’ve been convicted of anything.
But this bill is extra nasty, as it is designed to be used against our own military!
And since this is being filed by a so-called ‘Republican’ it could move especially fast.
Joe Biden knows if he had Chuck Schumer file this it would likely be dead on arrival in the House. But having it filed by a so-called ‘Republican’ changes everything!
