Last week, Joe Biden released a new 466-page ATF rule that would CRIMINALIZE virtually every single private firearm sale in America.
The goal of this new rule is to force any American who chooses to privately sell a firearm for a profit of even $1 (like we’ve been able to do for 250 years), to get ATF permission before doing so.

If you don’t get ATF permission, you will face a felony charge of 5 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.
This is NATIONAL GUN REGISTRATION by Biden’s executive fiat.

The American Firearms Association is already speaking to our legal team to lay the legal groundwork.
AFA has set a goal of raising $35,000 by May 10 so that we can give the go ahead to our lawyers to begin the prep work needed for legal action.
The details of this legal action and whether we’ll be filing a standalone federal lawsuit, joining with another organization in a joint lawsuit, or using Amicus briefs are still being worked out.
