Right now in left-wing cities and counties across America, anti-gun police chiefs and sheriffs are licking their chops.
Because of the Joe Biden / Merrick Garland “pistol brace” ban that went into effect less than 24 hours ago, they can now weaponize their police forces to go after pistol brace owners.
And by doing so, they may even be eligible for millions of federal dollars from Congress to make it happen.
Maybe they’ve read the news or seen the headline about temporary injunctions against the “pistol brace” ban, but the fact is, they’re not going to stop and ask if you’re exempt or not.
In all likelihood, they don’t know and they don’t care.
They know that ATF Director Steve Dettelbach has made up to 40 million American pistol brace owners felons, and they’ll snap up as many as they can.
We’re in for a long, protracted legal battle over this issue that may make it all the way to the Supreme Court.
