Oppose Liability Insurance Requirements for Gun Owners!

Crime is out of control in California because criminals don’t fear courts and judges, and because many gun owners are disarmed thanks to California’s gun control laws. But instead of punishing criminals, Gavin Newsom wants to punish and disarm law abiding gun owners.

Legislation moving in Sacramento would require every gun owner in the state to possess civil liability insurance as a condition of buying a firearm!

And since no one offers this kind of insurance, this legislation is a defacto gun ban on every law-abiding gun owner…making it that much easier for violent thugs to rob, rape, and murder innocent people.

Sure, this is a violation of the Second Amendment and last year’s Bruen decision. Could we get this overturned in court? Maybe, years from now, after countless California’s have paid the price in blood.
