This piece of legislation is short and sweet (less than a page): “The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives is hereby abolished.”

Second Amendment supporters across America are desperate for their elected officials to STAND UP AND LEAD — that is exactly what Congressman Gaetz is doing by introducing this vital legislation in the House.
Dating back to 2020, Congressman Gaetz sounded the alarm on the ATF’s desire to ban pistol braces.
With Merrick Garland’s new rule banning pistol braces dropped last week, now is the time for Republicans to go on offense and ABOLISH THE ATF (H.R. 374)!
The tyranny coming out of the ATF, targeting law-abiding American gun owners, must end!
